I absolutely loved Microsoft Publisher (still do a little bit) so obviously I’m learning to love Google Drawings! There are so many endless possibilities I sometimes get overwhelmed. Thanks for the great ideas on how to use it with students. I love the comic strip idea and also thought about using that idea to do some non fiction creations with my students and do a mini research project. I totally agree….Google Drawings needs templates so thanks to Matt for getting it started with your graphic organizers. I especially like the character map!! Love listening to you both in my car 🙂

  • Great discussion. I think that Drawings provides so many possibilities. I am just wondering where you think Google might take the application next? I have put together my thoughts (https://readwriterespond.com/2017/05/predicting-google-drawings-2-0/), would love to know yours.
